The use of the boxes are at your own risk and when children or teenagers are participating, their risk is for you to determine. Help Me To Cook does not hold any responsibility for injury arising from the use of any kit available on this website, or otherwise purchased elsewhere.

Delivery and Return of Boxes
Boxes can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
It is your responsibility to report all lost or undelivered boxes within 5 days by email to: email@example.com
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org in the condition in which you received the product.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
Limitations on Liability
Nothing in this clause or otherwise in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or in any way limit our liability for:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- breach of any obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
- under Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
- any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure, of this website or our services, or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control.
Course/Class Specific Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
By booking on any of our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the Cookery Courses content without notice. Any price increases will be notified before confirmation of booking is sent.
All food and take-home containers together with the loan of equipment and chef’s jackets/aprons for the duration of the cookery session.
Health & Safety:
We ask that you dress appropriately for all courses and long hair must be tied back in the kitchen. All participants should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes. We accept no liability for personal injury or any loss of or damage to personal property.
Special Dietary Requirements, Food Allergies & Illness:
We ask that you please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, epilepsy etc. We are unable to tailor our course content for special dietary requirements unless you are booking a minimum of 10 places on the course or prior agreement has been reached.
Payment is by cheque, cash or via PAYPAL. Cheques are to be made payable to Help Me To Cook. We cannot confirm your place on a course until we receive full payment.
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking we are quite happy to find you a place on the nearest available course. Cancellations within 7 days of the course date will result in forfeiture of the total course cost. If you wish to substitute a place with another student, we are happy to oblige, but the usual booking form will have to be completed 48 hours prior to the session commencing.
Cancellations by Help Me To Cook:
In the event of cancellation by ourselves an immediate full refund of the event will be given.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Help Me To Cook. Any use of this website or its contents, logos, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose. Selling, sharing or distributing any material whether written or verbal about Help Me To Cook with any other parties is strictly forbidden, material is made available for your sole personal use, sharing of any password protected member information is also prohibited. Illegal sharing of any information to non-paying parties will result in prosecution.

Help Me To Cook does not act as the agent of the Dragon School Trust Ltd and the Dragon School Trust Limited accepts no liability in respect of contractual obligations undertaken by Help Me To Cook or in respect of acts or omissions of Help Me To Cook or its employees or agents.
